About the ACC
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC), defined under Article VI of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (DCCR) and under Chapter 10.2 of the River Crossing Bylaws, is a committee of not less than three (3) and no more than seven (7) volunteers who are elected at the annual membership meeting in October and serve for staggered, two-year terms. The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is chartered to review submitted improvements and new/renovation home construction documents in accordance with the covenants of River Crossing. If you are interested in volunteering, please review the ACC Member Expectations.
Approval by the ACC constitutes that the documents presented meet the minimum requirements of the River Crossing Covenants.
